This role supports the entire organization by leading and strengthening KE’s People & Culture function. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing people strategies across talent attraction, learning and development, organizational development, HR operations, compensation support, compliance, and HR analytics that directly impact company growth, leadership effectiveness, and operational performance.

You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Develop and execute a practical HR and people strategy aligned with company growth and business priorities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people-related decisions
- Lead talent attraction and recruiting strategies across office, field, leadership, and specialized roles
- Oversee learning, leadership development, onboarding, and succession planning efforts
- Lead core HR operations including employee relations, performance management support, HR systems, policy, and compliance
- Drive organizational development and change initiatives that improve communication, alignment, and accountability
- Support compensation planning, benchmarking, job leveling, and incentive programs
- Develop HR metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to inform decisions and identify trends
- Lead, mentor, and hold the HR team accountable for results, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulationsYou’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior or executive HR leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- MBA, Master’s degree, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent credentials strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience across recruiting, learning and development, organizational development, HR operations, employee relations, compensation support, analytics, and compliance
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance people strategy, operational needs, and financial realities
- Experience in construction, industrial services, field operations, manufacturing, or similar environments preferred

The salary range for this position is $208,640-$234,720 per year, which reflects a good-faith estimate based on market data and internal equity.
