This position serves as the critical liaison between the Company and its vendors, ensuring smooth communication, efficient procurement processes and compliance with contractual agreements. This role oversees vendor onboarding, contract management, vendor performance evaluation and maintains detailed records to optimize supplier relationships and support company objectives. This role is critical to protecting the organization from vendor-related compliance risks and ensuring that vendor partnerships support legal and ethical business operations. It blends vendor coordination skills with compliance expertise to maintain regulatory integrity and operational excellence.
- Manage vendor selection processes including due diligence and compliance risk assessments
- Negotiate and review contracts ensuring inclusion of compliance requirements and legal protections
- Maintain comprehensive vendor records including agreements, certifications and compliance documentation
- Conduct ongoing vendor performance evaluations and compliance audits to identify and mitigate risk
- Facilitate communication between vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues or operational disruptions
- Stay current with applicable laws, regulations and industry best practices affecting vendor relationships and compliance
- Prepare reports on vendor compliance status, potential risks and corrective actions for management review
- Support internal and external audits related to vendor compliance, including coordination and documentation

- Confronts issues, addresses conflicts, resolves problems and recommends competent solutions, which may sometimes require a principled and unpopular stance.
- Special projects assignment and other unplanned opportunities as requested by management to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of vendor management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Management, Paralegal studies or a related field.
- Two to three years experience in vendor coordination, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills and the ability to think strategically, solve problems and work independently.
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Project a positive and professional approach with the highest levels of integrity in area of responsibility.
- Ability to work the PC system software efficiently and generate high quality and detailed report
- Must possess and maintain a valid motor vehicle operator’s license based on the requirements of the State where the employee resides and travel may be required between operating centers.
