Facility Contract Services is currently seeking dynamic and goal-driven employees for the City of Pembroke Pines Utilities Department. Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of Utilities, construction activities of the municipal Water and Wastewater Systems. The Utility Project manager would assist in the procuring and managing of construction projects related to the City's water resources, the collection, treatment and disposal of wastewater, the production, treatment and distribution of water and the installation and maintenance of related water and wastewater equipment and facilities.
A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university civil engineering or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and/or construction management. Experience in water and wastewater utility construction is preferable.
