- Picking up and removing trash from the parking lot, garden areas, and surrounding property
- Setting up meeting rooms according to guests’ needs
- Reporting maintenance problems or completing work repair orders
- Spot cleaning walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.
- Delivering special request items to hotel guests (e.g. mail, hair dryers, etc.)
- Assisting the house person when needed
- Stocking room attendant carts with supplies
- Replenishing store room supplies
- Removing trash and dirty linens from room attendant carts
- Cleaning furniture, elevators, glass, planters, etc. in public areas and corridors
- Sweeping and vacuuming floors, hallways, and stairwells as needed
- Listening and responding to guests’ requests or complaints
- Providing information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and other amenities
- Providing information to guests about local attractions and services
- Has a working knowledge of and ability to perform shuttle/van driving duties as needed
