Underground Utility Locator - for Broward County

We focus on hiring quality service technicians interested in long term employment. Our locators work from company vehicles, utilizing in state of the art ticketing system, to ensure complete mark out services for the excavator or property owner. This position requires you to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and we provide a company laptop to you. This is a daytime/full time position, some overtime may be required. We are only seeking Locators that are experienced .

Qualifications :

1 . Must have at least 1 year proven experience in the Underground Utility Infrastructural services( I.E. water and sewer.)

2 . Ability to think independently.

3 . Technical aptitude required.

4 . Strong desire and ability to learn new techniques

5 . Have effective verbal, written, and communication skills.

6 . Have computer knowledge.

7 . Must have a good driving record.

8 . Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.

9 . Must be willing to work overtime if needed.

Duties :

- Perform utility locating services for municipal and private customer locations, using Metrotech equipment or similar.

- Complete weekly field reports, incident reports, time sheets, etc.as required.

- Perform additional services as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
