Starting Salary Range: $92,000 - $109,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

As a

at MISO, you'll play a key role in connecting design and development - turning complex ideas into intuitive, accessible front-end experiences. You’ll transform our design system into scalable, production-ready code, collaborating with designers, CX partners, instructional designers, and product teams to enhance the user experience across all MISO tools and platform. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of a shared Angular-based component library, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and reusability across internal tools. You’ll modernize and enhance operator dashboards, refactor legacy UIs, and implement CX-driven improvements to reduce friction and boost adoption. Your work will also support accessibility initiatives by aligning with WCAG standards and establishing inclusive testing workflows.
