Opportunity Snapshot:

- Compensation: $45-54.00/hour

- Location: Mont Belvieu, TX

- Work Schedule: 4/10 weekly schedule, ramping to 12 hour days / 7 days per week during pre-post Turnaround projects

- Assignment Duration: Long term, 12 months +

Qualifications:

- Accounting and/or Business degree

- Toadfly ATOM/IPS experience desirable

- 2+ years working experience in related industry - 2+ years of cost tracking and forecast/budget experience

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and SAP required

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact and work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for all aspects of his/her assigned project area throughout its life cycle

- Responsible for coordinating with the cost team and communicating with accounting during all phases including planning and budget development, pre-turnaround, execution, and close out

- Create NAFE for upcoming TARs

- Receive histograms from schedulers and develop forecast

- Compile budgets and quotes, review and validate budgets with team, refresh budgets, check for changes, and update quotes

- Develop per diem cost curves

- Allocate on-going charges across open POs

- Develop templates for contractor updates

- Finalize cost report and curves Vendor / Contractor onboarding

- Verify contractor rates match billing and invoicing matches timesheet

- Coordinate AWR costs Coordination with accounting and reconcile to ledger

- Issue daily forecasts, roster, force, and compliance reports

- Final invoicing

- Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace

- Constantly monitor Client's planning practices and suggest improvements where necessary

- Assist the Turnaround Team with all other duties assigned

- Maintenance assistance

- Potential Capital work assignments

- Coordinate ARS access for new hires

- Bi-weekly forecast on all open projects

- Weekly reports, project controls, timesheet management
