Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a local, well-connected Area Manager to lead our Mustang, OK branch, which currently supports a team of 10–15 staff. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical knowledge, leadership experience, strong oilfield relationships, and business growth mindset.
This is a key leadership role focused solely on the oilfield sector. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing field operations, client relationships, safety and performance KPIs, and driving business development. A bonus structure is in place, tied to performance, safety, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead, coach, and oversee a team of 10–15 electrical, instrumentation, and automation professionals
•Manage and grow Noralta’s presence in the Oklahoma oilfield industry
•Act as the key point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal leadership
•Maintain and strengthen field crew deployment and customer service execution
•Ensure high safety, productivity, and inventory control standards
•Identify business development opportunities and support sales growth (salesperson may be added later)
•Represent Noralta’s services with professionalism, technical credibility, and local insight
•Cultivate a culture of operational excellence, integrity, and accountability
Qualifications:
•Must be based in Oklahoma and well connected in the local oilfield industry
•Holds or is capable of holding an Oklahoma Electrical Contractor’s License (not just journeyman)
•Proven background in SCADA, automation systems, and oilfield EIA services
•Previous leadership experience managing field crews
•Strong local vendor and producer relationships—someone clients know by name
•Experience with business growth, customer acquisition, or expanding territory footprint
•Strong operational discipline: punctual, safety-focused, and metrics-driven
•Comfortable with a role that blends technical leadership and business development
