Position Summary
The Treasury & Credit Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Treasury and Credit department.
Education Requirements
- College student studying accounting or finance who is entering into their Junior or Senior year at an accredited College or University
- Cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Strong written, verbal communication; and presentation skills.
- Previous internships experience
- Coursework or work experience in accounting, financial systems, or credit analysis
- Collaborating with teams in Treasury, Credit, Billing, and Accounting to research and resolve discrepancies
- Ability to meet daily deadlines and work independently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Out of the box thinking, problem solving, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Performing daily cash reconciliations across multiple company accounts
- Reporting daily cash positions and assisting with cash forecasting
- Applying customer receipts in Oracle
- Assisting with Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and onboarding for new counterparties
- Supporting credit reviews and analysis for new and existing customers
- Directly contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
- Ensure cash flow and receivables are properly tracked and reconciled, support risk management through credit reviews, and contribute to strategic decision-making through forecasting and reporting.
- Exposure to complex organizational structures and Oracle financial systems
- Real-world experience in problem-solving, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
