At AKRON, an important company in the energy sector, we are looking for a Finance and Treasury Coordinator to join our team in The Woodlands, TX. This role will support accounting and treasury operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
● Review, process, and record vendor invoices and administrative expenses.
● Prepare and register customer invoices in Akron systems.
● Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow on a regular basis.
● Reconcile vendor and client accounts; resolve discrepancies.
● Prepare and execute bank reconciliations and payments through banking platforms.
● Generate financial and accounting reports using Google Sheets/Excel.
● Support Finance with treasury management and financial reporting.
● 1–3 years of experience in accounting, administration, or treasury.
● Knowledge of Oracle or similar accounting software.
● Strong skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
