Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Superintendents will be expected to:

- Provide assistance/oversight on jobsite layout

- Maintain safety measures/precautions

- Ensure construction execution matches the blueprints

- Work to train/teach the inexperienced crew members

- Problem solve when encountering unforeseen issues to keep the job on track

- Be willing and able to assist the crew when necessary

- Lead by example

- Maintain adequate communication between crew and construction management team

Requirements:

- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

- Willingness to travel 100% of the time.

- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and translate that to the execution of the project

- Ability to identify and operate tools used in the role.

- Experience operating telehandlers, skid steers, or mini excavators

- Experience running underground conduits

- Experience working around live underground utilities

- Experience with pouring/finishing concrete

- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction

Work Environment:

- This role involves outdoor work at commercial construction sites across the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

- $35–$50/hour, based on experience.
