Job Summary

The Coordinator job family is in place to assist Transmission Field Services (TFS) management and field personnel with the interpretation and development of safe work methods and procedures, the implementation of best practices, the development of improved work methods, improved work management systems, the utilization of technology, the development of streamlined documentation and reporting, the development of IT systems that will assist TFS, the identification of appropriate refresher training and new equipment training; and, assist with the facilitation of inter-region and inter-company information sharing meetings.

Qualification requirements for an internal candidate only: *Those candidates holding position titles within the Trans Field Svcs Coord job family: to be eligible a candidate must have an Associate's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related technical field and 1 year of utility field experience (or equivalent education and work experience combination); Or have a minimum of 2 years of satisfactory work experience as a Trans Field Svcs Coord Assoc and successfully demonstrated the knowledge and skills required of Trans Field Svcs Coord to be considered for a promotion.

For those candidates holding position titles that are not within the Trans Field Svcs Coord job family: To be eligible a candidate must meet the education requirement for external candidates and demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills required of Trans Field Svcs Coord to be qualified for entry at this level, in addition to meeting the requirements below, if the position is within TFS Line or TFS Station Functional Groups.* Note: Groups outside of the TFS Line or Station functions may have different competencies. Minimum Requirements for SG 08 Coordinator Sr. level (External Candidates):

For those candidates holding position titles that are not within the Trans Field Svcs Coord job family: To be eligible a candidate must meet the education requirement for external candidates and must demonstrate equivalent knowledge and skills required of Trans Field Svcs Coord Sr to be qualified for entry at this level in addition to meeting the requirements below, if the position is within TFS Line or TFS Station Functional Groups. SG 06 Associate role starting salary ranges typically span from $72,380-$90,474.

SG 07 Coordinator role starting salary ranges typically span from $85,081-$106,353.

SG 08 Coordinator Sr. role starting salary ranges typically span from $96,110-$124,940.
