Job Summary
We are a fast-growing U.S.–based importer and distributor of Transformers and Transformer Cores seeking an experienced sales professional to expand our customer base across OEMs and industrial clients.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2B electrical equipment sales, a strong professional network, and the ability to work independently to generate and close deals.
This role can be structured as an independent/commission-only partnership, depending on your preference.
- Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities for power transformers and related products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry standards (transformers, CRGO, power distribution).
- Prepare and deliver technical/commercial presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
- Proven B2B sales experience in transformers, electrical equipment, or related industrial products.
- Existing network of contacts in utilities, energy, or power-distribution sectors strongly preferred.
- Technical understanding of transformers, CRGO cores, or high-voltage equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally/nationally as needed.
