We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tool Repair Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of hand and power tools to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. The types of tools you would be working on include, but are not limited to: chainsaws, snow blowers, weed trimmers, generators, inline compression presses, all types of line utility tools, pruners, cutters, hot sticks, screwdrivers and digital multimeters. The ideal candidate has mechanical aptitude, experience with electrical and pneumatic systems, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsible for maintaining specialized tools, equipment, and materials for electric utility industry. Specific responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, calibrating, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, documenting work and maintaining inventory. Performs emergency and overtime work as needed. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
