Title Attorney - Oil and Gas

Summary

As a Title Attorney specializing in Oil and Gas, you will be integral to ensuring compliance with legal standards and facilitating transactions in the energy sector. Your core skills in legal drafting and writing will be essential, while your premium knowledge in environmental law and negotiation will enhance your effectiveness. With relevant legal administrative experience, you will contribute to the organization's success in navigating complex legal landscapes.

This person will be reviewing the title reports from each of our current vendors and working with their title teams to clear up any issues prior to our payment distributions. At some point, they may integrate into a Document reviewer as well in the event we choose to consolidate that process. In addition, they will assist with multiple internal tasks and research as needed for current and upcoming projects.
