TIG Welder - Grinder

Aluminum TIG Welding Experience Required!

We are seeking a reliable, TIG welder to repair imperfections in newly produced aluminum castings. Ideal individual is efficient, responsible and pays attention to detail.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM/1:30 PM

$600 SIGN ON BONUS paid in two installments!

Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour during Introductory Period (approx. 90-days). Then increase based on performance. Range is $18.00 - $21.78 per hour.

Position Title is "V" Process Grinder, which individual will be trained accordingly, but the primary function will be to weld aluminum castings.

SUMMARY

To efficiently utilize the proper casting finishing practices and techniques which satisfy the customer and/or subsequent process operations. Involves grinding castings of advanced complexity.

This position requires constant standing for 8 – 12 hours, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. constantly.

The employee will be exposed to an environment where hearing, eye safety, safety shoes and other personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
