Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Batteries & Energy Storage
We are hiring a goal-oriented Territory Sales Manager to directly generate monthly sales of premium Lead-Acid and Lithium-Ion battery products, including Energy Storage Systems (ESS). Based in Houston and covering all of Texas, this individual will actively seek out new customers, visit them in the field, present solutions from our product catalog, and close deals. This is a quota-driven role where success is measured by monthly booked orders. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder, hands-on, and thrives in face-to-face B2B and B2C environments.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through direct selling
- Prospect, cold-call, and follow up on qualified leads
- Convert interest into purchase orders and maintain sales momentum
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and close deals regularly
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, site visits, and product demos as needed
- Present catalogs and technical literature clearly and confidently
- Understand customer applications, recommend suitable solutions, and build trust
- Maintain ongoing communication to support repeat business
- Submit weekly sales activity reports and track key performance metrics
- Provide accurate monthly forecasts based on current leads and market conditions
- Follow up on quotes, pricing requests, and delivery expectations
- Coordinate with inside sales and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify underserved customer segments and local demand trends
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies
- Gather market feedback to improve offerings and positioning
- Recommend local promotional strategies and bundled solutions to accelerate sales- 3+ years in field sales in batteries, electrical hardware, solar, or automotive supply chains
- Experience handling both residential and commercial/industrial customers
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and closing skills
- Confident presenter with technical sales acumen
- Comfortable visiting job sites, marine yards, or field locations
- Must have valid U.S. driver's license
- Must be willing to travel across Texas (some overnight travel may be required)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital documentation systems
- Base Salary: Competitive (commensurate with experience)
- Sales Incentives: Commissions tied to order value

- Probation Period: 90 days with sales performance review
