You will own a defined territory with a clear growth mandate: build it into a $3M–$10M book of business by combining new customer acquisition, strong account management, and disciplined pipeline management.
Business Development
– Prospect, network, and leverage marketing leads to attract new customers. Hunt down opportunities others miss and bring in first orders that establish long-term value.
Account Management
– Build multiple relationships at every customer organization. Strengthen loyalty by ensuring service issues are resolved quickly, quality is consistent, and Instinctive Metals is viewed as a trusted partner.
Pipeline Management
– Unearth all potential opportunities within your territory and drive them forward. Use Salesforce as a true productivity and collaboration tool—hand off quoting, take-offs, and material builds seamlessly to the team so you can stay focused on selling.Our compensation plan is built for people who want to win big:

We’re looking for someone with the right mix of experience, mindset, and drive:
• Experience: At least 3 years of outside sales success—construction or building products preferred, roofing experience a strong plus.
• Sales Training: Prior exposure to Grant Cardone or other high-performance sales training is a plus.
• Tools: Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to stay productive and collaborate with the team.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to visit construction sites, as well as lift 20lbs.
