Position Overview – Renewable Energy Sales Specialist:

We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven sales professional to join our team. You’ll educate homeowners, generate leads, and guide clients through a seamless solar sales process. Whether door-to-door, following up on referrals, or closing appointments, your earning potential and career growth are unlimited.

As a Renewable Energy Sales Specialist, you’ll:

Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, incentives, and savings.

Generate and qualify leads through referrals, networking, and community outreach.

Present tailored solar solutions, handle questions, and close contracts.

Collaborate with a high-performing team to exceed sales goals.

Requirements

1+ year of door-to-door (D2D) or in-home sales experience.

Comfortable in a 100% commission-based role.

Self-starter with a competitive, go-getter attitude.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Tech-savvy with access to a tablet or laptop.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus!
