We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Territory Sales Associate to join our Sales & Business Development training program, ideally based near Winchester, VA.
The TSA is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are ready to learn the business from the ground up—working alongside experienced Territory Sales Managers and Sales Support Technicians to gain hands-on experience in field sales, customer engagement, and strategic account development.

- Support Territory Managers and Sales Specialists in assigned regions.
- Learn SENCO’s industrial product lines and confidently communicate product value to customers.
- Assist in developing strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Deliver consultative sales presentations to customers across assigned territories.
- Maintain and expand product knowledge, market awareness, and competitive insights.
- Respond to customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism.
- Manage travel expenses and submit timely reports.
- 1–3 years of sales experience is a plus.
- Mechanical or industrial aptitude.
- Self-starter with a strong willingness to learn.
- High energy, confidence, and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to inspire customer confidence.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.- Willingness to travel three weeks per month, including overnight stays (minimum 3 nights/week).
- Ability to drive for extended periods (up to 6 hours/day).
- Comfortable standing for up to 4 hours at trade/dealer shows and walking long distances during plant walkthroughs.
