UES is seeking a full-time, on-site Technology Delivery Lead in Chicago, IL. The Technology Delivery Lead will support the Director of Technology Solutions with the day-to-day execution of technology initiatives across multiple platforms, including Salesforce and Microsoft Azure. This role partners closely with technology and business stakeholders to manage agile delivery, coordinate testing and releases, and ensure work moves efficiently from intake through deployment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and excels at coordinating work across small, cross-functional teams.
- Serve as delivery lead for technology initiatives across multiple tools and platforms
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain Jira boards, sprint commitments, dependencies, and scope changes
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and delivery issues and drive resolution
- Manage intake of technology requests, enhancements, and issues across teams
- Coordinate prioritization and sequencing of work in partnership with the Director of Technology Solutions
- Track delivery status and provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate testing efforts across teams, including building and maintaining test scripts and UAT plans
- Lead deployment readiness activities and post-deployment retrospectives
- Ensure quality standards are met before release
- Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations are clearly understood by delivery teams
- Produce and maintain clear documentation including user stories, test scripts, release notes, and retrospectives- 4+ years of experience in an Agile delivery role such as Scrum Master, Technical Delivery Lead, or Agile Project Manager - 2+ years of experience in Salesforce
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP) preferred
- Hands-on experience managing Jira backlogs and agile delivery across multiple initiatives
- Experience coordinating testing, releases, and post-deployment reviews
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to think strategically and understand the big picture, while also being hands-on and detail-oriented
