Job Description

Position Overview:

Our Technical Training Specialist II, Delivery is responsible for classroom, virtual, online, and hands-on education for the Renewable Training Program team. This individual partners with Safety, Operations and Operations Engineering to ensure the training programs and instruction are meeting the needs of the fleet with respect to safety and technical needs.

Responsibilities:* Teach multiple courses related to operations, maintenance and troubleshooting at Wind, Solar and/or Battery Storage sites while maintaining the highest quality standards for safety, electrical awareness, and technical knowledge.

Required Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:* Self-starter with the ability to effectively prioritize and deliver results.

Base Pay

$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD Annual

Bonus: 0% - 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
