Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Detroit, MI, for a Technical Service Representative. The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, troubleshooting product and service-related inquiries, and delivering timely solutions to clients. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with technical issues, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. A commitment to exceptional customer service and technical problem-solving is essential.

Qualifications

- Knowledge and experience in Technical Services and Technical Support

- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem resolution

- Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and effectively provide Customer Service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus

- Post-secondary education in a related technical field is preferred
