We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Delivery Manager to lead the execution of enterprise technology solutions through coordinating efforts across IT teams on behalf of Development. While partnering closely with our Project Management group, this role focuses on technical delivery ownership, including solution oversight, estimation, resource planning, and progress tracking.
This position is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who can ensure the right solutions are delivered efficiently and effectively while aligning with business priorities and technical standards.

- Lead and manage technical and development resources, ensuring scalable, high-quality designs
- Oversee the software delivery lifecycle, from requirements through implementation
- Partner with business analysts/liaisons to validate solution requirements and ensure feasibility
- Work closely with project managers to support overall project timelines while contributing to technical estimation, scoping, and delivery planning
- Manage resource allocation across development teams to meet demand and capacity constraints
- Contribute to ensuring consistent development work tracking processes, ensuring clarity on priorities, assignments, and delivery timelines
- Facilitate estimation exercises developers to produce realistic effort and duration forecasts
- Monitor technical delivery progress, proactively identify blockers, and lead resolution efforts
- Ensure that technical deliverables meet business goals, architectural standards, and performance expectations
- Promote consistency in development processes, technical documentation, and hand-offs between teams
- Act as the primary interface between business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, software development management, or solution leadership roles- Experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise software solutions
- Demonstrated success in work estimation, technical planning, and managing resource constraints
- Strong understanding of solution architecture and software development practices
- Experience with environments with a large number of applications and complex integrations
- Proficiency in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Experience with work management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with solution architecture best practices, systems integration, and enterprise platforms
- Knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud-native development approaches
- Ability to create and interpret technical documentation, estimates, and delivery plans
- Must be capable of complying with Unescorted Access Authorization requirements at a nuclear facility
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
