As the Technical Services Manager , you'll lead the engineering engine room—overseeing configuration management, nuclear safety, system engineering, radiation protection, and more. You're not just supporting operations—you're the design authority, the guardian of safety, and the problem-solver-in-chief. You’ll lead the engineering activities by setting scope, schedules, and budgets and ensuring projects meet regulatory, technical, and safety standards. You’ll own the design basis, manage ISA and NCS programs, and ensure strict configuration control. You’ll provide leadership across systems engineering, safety, and technical operations, coordinate with plant leadership and vendors, and manage cross-functional alignment between engineering and operations. From reviewing plans and guiding staff development to supporting license compliance and system performance, you will be at the forefront of innovation, quality, and operational excellence.
We’d Love to Hear From People With:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Science, or equivalent technical experience 4+ years of nuclear experience
- Experience as a technical authority or design basis owner in a nuclear or highly regulated industrial environment
- Experience managing licensed facilities and coordinating with regulatory agencies like the NRC or DOE
- Strong working knowledge of codes, standards, and quality assurance in nuclear engineering
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
