Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with extensive experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, particularly with the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business objectives and identifying solutions that improve operational efficiency. This includes gathering and analyzing user requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and supporting system integration with legacy and third-party applications.
The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to document business needs, translate them into system requirements, and ensure that new or modified programs align with existing system capabilities. Additional responsibilities include participating in testing activities, supporting training efforts, and delivering high-quality documentation.

Responsibilities:
•Analyze business functions, processes, and requirements using Agile methods.
•Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts to define system solutions.
•Write functional specifications and detailed documentation for new or modified processes.
•Perform end-to-end integration testing, including hands-on validation of system interfaces.
•Support user acceptance testing and training initiatives as needed.
•Prepare documentation related to system workflows, input/output formats, and data mapping.
•Evaluate alternatives through cost/benefit analysis to recommend optimal solutions.
•Assist in the transition of project work into ongoing operational processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
•8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
•8+ years of hands-on experience with the Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
•8+ years conducting requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
•8+ years performing system integration testing with third-party interfaces.
•At least 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
•At least 2 years of experience working with MS Teams in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
•4+ years of experience working in a public sector organization.
•2+ years of experience with the Texas CPA CAPPS Financials system.
•2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
•Experience with SharePoint, Jira, STAT, and the Scrum framework.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
