The Technical Analyst – End User Support Engineering is responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and IT industry trends, as well as the ability to demonstrate technical competence within the functional area of expertise. The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and have a working knowledge of ITIL/V3 processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Familiarity with compliance and security best practices is essential, along with the ability to implement continuous improvement processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as customer service skills, are crucial for success in this fast-paced, structured team environment.
On demand the activities will involve monitoring different groups and queues under SOLV LATAM and US with alignment with our KPIs (ASA, CSAT, TTR).
