The Role
Reporting to the manager of IT services, you will join a high-energy, client-driven team responsible for delivering IT services at our Northern Saskatchewan operations.
In this role, you will:
•Act as a key liaison between the business technology services department and the site operational teams, to maintain a seamless and efficient IT environment while delivering high quality customer service to end users
•Support and train end users on mobile devices and applications enhancing their efficiency and effectiveness in work process at the operations
•Provide subject matter expertise and contributions into the planning and execution of various business technology service projects as required
Required:
•Diploma in information technology or in a related technical field
•Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered (5-8 years)
•Ability to work independently
•Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service and troubleshooting skills
•Understanding of mobile devices, IOS and Android
•You will work a 7-day-in/7-day-out rotational schedule commuting to the site by aircraft
Recommended:
•Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Office products, Apple, Dell, Microsoft, and HP hardware
•Experience with network troubleshooting, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
