Your Role: Project Scheduler – Team Lead
As a Scheduling Team Lead, you won’t just build project schedules—you’ll guide and mentor a growing team, drive collaboration across departments, and ensure our scheduling function is a strategic asset across Ampirical projects. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert in scheduling processes, contribute to proposals, and lead efforts to continuously improve project efficiency and delivery.

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000, based on experience and qualifications

Experienced: 8+ years of planning/scheduling experience, ideally in EPC environments
Educated: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Tech-Savvy: Strong in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel; certifications like PMI-SP or Primavera preferred
️ Communicative: Able to collaborate across teams, vendors, and clients with clarity and confidence
Leadership-Ready: Comfortable leading others, setting the tone for high standards and accountability
