The Talent Development Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's Learning & Development Strategy. This role will focus on talent development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee and leadership skills and capabilities, developing career growth programs, and ensuring a high-performing workforce. The role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization to execute the strategy that is aligned with the organization's overall business goals and objective.
Key Responsibilities:* Develops and implements Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy that includes interconnectivity and interdependencies across Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Career Development, and other Talent Management initiatives supporting Leadership and professional development at all levels of the organization.Min Education/Experience:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required.
Skills:* Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across all levels of the organization, with specific strength in influencing to drive progress while managing expectations.
