Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs. This role partners with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and ensure a smooth hiring process. This role also focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and improving the candidate experience.
