Voltage is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across departments, ensuring a positive candidate experience while supporting our company’s talent strategy. You’ll partner with hiring managers, leverage sourcing tools, and help drive employer branding initiatives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
•Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
•Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for critical roles within Voltage.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
•Post job openings on relevant platforms and source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networks, etc.).
•Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
•Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
•Manage the candidate pipeline and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
•Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
•Assist in the preparation of job offers and onboarding documents.
•Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, source of hire).
•Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices.
•Perform additional HR-related duties as needed.
Work Experience/Education/Skills Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•4+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a contract role or within a fast-paced environment.
•Experience with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and social media platforms for recruitment.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
•Detail-oriented and organized.
•Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Work is performed in an office environment with occasional travel to hiring events (up to 15% travel required).
