In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including both client acquisition and talent sourcing. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and source the best candidates to match those needs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, goal-driven individual with a strong background in both recruitment and sales.

Salary Range:

Min: $70,000/Year+Commission

Max: $85,000/Year+Commission

This compensation structure includes a competitive base salary along with commission based on performance, allowing you to earn additional income based on the new business you generate and sales targets you achieve.
