William Ryan Homes is looking to fill a Systems Admin position in our Tampa office. This position is responsible for maintaining the creation, maintenance, and support of the online warranty system.
Job Responsibilities:
•Maintain Division system for models, options, and costs.
•Input sales and options pricing using information received to ensure process efficiency.
•Maintain base and option house costs using information from the Purchasing team.
•Deliver Lot Specific Purchase Orders upon notification to the Purchasing department manager.
•Provide additional support as needed

•Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
•Ability to work independently and with a team
•Good communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
•Good technology skills and software knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite, Windows and Online Production Scheduling Systems
•Excellent Single-Family Construction Assembly and Design knowledge
Required Experience/Education:
•Prior experience in residential single-family home purchasing a plus
•Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Other Requirements
•Travel required. Employee must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage
