In this role responsibilities will involve customer engagement, coordination, project management, quality assurance, and reporting. You will be the vital link between our clients, local authorities, utilities, and our installation teams, making it possible for homeowners to harness the power of solar energy efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement
•Build strong rapport with homeowners via phone calls, emails, and texts serving as the primary point of contact throughout the home upgrades process.
•Provide comprehensive information and guidance on necessary electrical upgrades for solar installations.
Coordination
•Coordinate and schedule site assessments, inspections, and electrical upgrades with homeowners.
•Collaborate with local authorities and utilities to ensure compliance with regulations.
Project Management
•Maintain detailed records of each project, including timelines and communications with customers.
•Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
•Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
Quality Assurance
•Ensure that all home upgrades are performed to the highest quality standards.
•Conduct post-installation inspections to verify the effectiveness of the upgrades.
•Address any concerns or issues raised by the customer and take appropriate actions to rectify them.
Reporting
•Generate reports on the progress of home upgrade projects as needed.
•Provide regular updates to management on project status, customer feedback, and any potential issues.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Previous experience in solar operations is preferred, but not required.
•Previous experience in customer support, project management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
•Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to home upgrades and solar installations is preferred, but not required.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
•Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements:
•This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office.
•This position is full-time Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
•This is a seasonal position. The start date is June 2025 and the end of the season is September 2025.
•Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
•Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace).
