As the Systems Analyst, Testing, you play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our business systems. You’ll work closely with developers, business analysts, and end-users to validate functionality, uncover defects, and drive meaningful improvements across systems. In this role, you’re accountable to the Manager, BIBA
and Testing, and you’ll be part of both Operational and Project Teams, typically working on initiatives with completion timelines of up to three months. Your collaboration and attention to detail directly contribute to building systems that our organization can trust and rely on.

- Developing comprehensive test plans that include approach, scope, resources, schedule, required activities, and success criteria based on requirements and system specifications.
- Creating detailed test cases that consider scenarios, edge cases, expected results, and acceptance criteria, while ensuring coverage of functional, non-functional, and regression testing aspects.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts.
- Executing test cases manually or using automated testing tools

- Identifying and documenting defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
- Exploring opportunities for test automation, implementing automated test scripts, and maintaining or enhancing existing automation frameworks.
- Setting up and maintaining test environments (including data setup) to simulate real-world scenarios

- Conducting regression testing during system upgrades, enhancements, or patches.
- Assisting end-users during User Acceptance Testing by providing guidance and addressing queries.
- Documenting test results, defects, and deviations from expected behavior, providing clear reports to project teams and management, and maintaining test artifacts for audit purposes.
- Ensuring delivery of optimal results against performance metrics, including accuracy of testing effort estimates and customer satisfaction survey results.
