About This Job

Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking an experienced and driven IT Systems Administrator to join our Corporate IT team. In this senior-level role, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and databases. You’ll lead technical projects, ensure system security and performance, and provide expert-level support to end-users and IT staff.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Administer and maintain servers, networks, ERP systems, and cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra).

•

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system reliability.

•

Lead infrastructure upgrades and IT projects.

•

Implement IT security best practices and maintain system documentation.

•

Mentor IT Support Specialists and assist with end-user support.

•

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

•

5+ years in IT systems administration or technical support.

•

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking, and virtualization (Nutanix, VMware).

•

Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and Microsoft SQL Server.

•

Experience with cloud platforms and identity management (Azure AD, Entra ID).

•

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

•

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

•

Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, etc.) a plus.

Work Environment:

•

Primarily on-site with occasional travel between facilities.

•

May involve lifting IT equipment up to 150 lbs.

•

Participation in an on-call rotation is required.
