Who We Are Looking For
The SVP of Finance & Accounting will design and execute the financial roadmap, ensuring clarity, scalability, and alignment with ambitious growth goals. Reporting to the CEO, this role combines strategic partnership with operational leadership, overseeing accounting, reporting, and systems to enable sustained momentum.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
•Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement a financial strategy that supports long-term objectives, including annual planning, multiyear forecasting, and resource allocation.
•Budgeting & Performance Tracking: Create accurate budgets and data-driven forecasts, leading regular reviews to provide actionable insights across departments.
•Accounting Operations & Compliance: Manage end-to-end accounting processes—general ledger, close cycles, reconciliations—ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and audit readiness.
•Cash Flow & Capital Oversight: Optimize liquidity and working capital, guiding decisions on financing, investments, and expenditures to balance risk and opportunity.
•Reporting & Insights: Deliver timely KPI dashboards and financial reports, translating data into clear business insights for leadership.
•System Optimization: Enhance financial systems and tools to support scalability, driving automation and efficiency in workflows.
•Team Leadership: Lead a compact team, including internal and outsourced resources, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments like Operations, Sales, and Product to integrate financial thinking into decision-making.
The Right Fit Has
•Active CPA license, demonstrating technical expertise and commitment to best practices.
•10+ years of finance and accounting experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth environment.
•Big 4 public accounting background, bringing a foundation of rigor and world-class standards.
•Proven ability to craft financial strategies that drive rapid expansion while maintaining discipline.
•Strong analytical skills, with expertise in modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation.
•Experience leading teams and managing external partners with clarity and empathy.
•Decisiveness and comfort making informed decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
•Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
•Competitive Base Pay: $170,000 - $230,000 per annum (commensurate with experience).
