Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Logging and communicating maintenance requests for Site Services Team Manage incoming and requested maintenance notifications Requesting quotations for goods and services Liaising with Site Services Supervisors on construction materials inventory Preparing purchase and service requisitions in SAP Preparing contractor monthly health & safety compliance reports Preparing monthly maintenance cost accruals Preparing contractor requisitions Arranging commissioning of contractor equipment Arranging training and induction sessions for employees and contractors Filing of 5-Point cards and maintenance inspection forms
Other tasks as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications And Experience
Minimum 2-3 years’ in construction industry or building trades
Possess a valid Canadian driver’s license and clear driver’s abstract
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and as
part of a team
Ability to thrive in an environment of change; must be creative and flexible
