Participant Support Specialist

ISO New England is the not-for-profit, independent system operator responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable flow of electricity in our region and planning for the future of the electric grid. We are at the forefront of New England’s ongoing transition to clean energy.

The Participant Support Specialist provides timely and courteous service by providing correct and coherent answers to participant inquiries. The position requires the ability to interpret, analyze and summarize complex legal and technical information to resolve participant questions and issues with markets, system operations, transmission services, settlements, and financial assurance. This position carries both the expectation and the opportunity for an ever deepening knowledge of all aspects of ISO operations, collaboration with ISO business owners, and interaction with participants about their business needs.
