Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in inventory control and payment processes? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead operational efficiency initiatives across Inventory Control and Freight Payment for North and South America. This role serves as a subject matter expert and cross-regional integrator, driving process improvements, fostering collaboration, and influencing supply chain practices through data-driven insights and hands-on support. By leveraging insights and collaboration, you’ll streamline operations, ensure compliance, and create lasting value across multiple regions.
Supply Chain Specialist - Enterprise Business Services Where will you work:
In this role, you will work onsite at our North American Business Headquarters located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL 33547.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and monitor daily activities related to inventory reconciliations and freight payment processes, ensuring alignment with global standards and SOX compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Corporate Accounting, Warehousing & Distribution Services, Transportation, Logistics, Procurement, and Operations—to resolve discrepancies, streamline processes, and reduce aging of open items
- Collaborate across regions to support global supply chain processes and strategic projects, including systems improvements, process automation, and adoption of best practices
- Provide data-driven insights, develop reporting dashboards, and support KPI tracking and performance monitoring
- Mentor and coach team members across both regions, fostering knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, accounting, data science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, accounting, or finance with advanced understanding of inventory control and freight payment operations- Ability to foster collaboration and influence across cross-functional teams to drive alignment, efficiency, and shared success.
- Expertise in inventory reconciliation and freight payment
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Skilled in process mapping, documentation, and root cause analysis
- Ability to integrate processes and promote knowledge-sharing across regions
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP, Blackline, Power BI, MS and/or Excel
- English (Advanced)
Bonus Points If You Have The Following
- Master’s degree
- APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience in a shared services environment
- Familiarity with SAP S4/HANA or similar ERP systems
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in shared services
