Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Order Management and Supply Chain Specialist to manage customer requirements, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate order processing and logistics. You will optimize processes, support revenue forecast planning, and facilitate successful project execution.
Your Tasks:
- Support the ramp-up of the factory including SAP setup.
- Manage customer requirements and address concerns until resolved.
- Analyze contracts for risks and opportunities, and perform lessons learned activities.
- Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to ensure project schedules.
- Monitor customer and supplier deliverables, focusing on KPIs and satisfaction.
- Analyze booking information for logistics and obtain rates from carriers.
- Support contract documentation and coordinate outbound freight flow.
- Execute and manage internal resale POs to manufacturing facilities.
- Plan and evaluate delivery processes, including safety stock strategies.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to address escalations and ensure order compliance.
- Support revenue forecast planning and facilitate customer visits.
- Track and report on order status, lead times, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with procurement and production planning to align supply with demand.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, customs documentation, and export controls.
- Minimum 3 years in order management and supply chain roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Knowledge of MRP, scheduling, and KPI management.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
