The Supply Chain Field Business Partner is responsible for driving and implementing supply chain processes in Continental Resources’ Permian Basin to enhance value and competitive advantage. This role collaborates with corporate Supply Chain and field office teams to identify, evaluate, and execute solutions that streamline operations and optimize supply chain efforts. The ideal candidate will manage various tasks, lead small project teams, and contribute to process improvements. A strong foundation in supply chain principles and the ability to solve complex challenges with minimal supervision are essential for success in this role.
- Acts as the primary liaison between the assigned field office(s) and Supply Chain management.
- Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Monitors local vendors and report relevant market insights to the Supply Chain and field teams.
- Leads regional sourcing, evaluations, and contract recommendations for field office-specific services and goods.
- Represents Supply Chain in field meetings, offering guidance on business opportunities and collaborating with central teams.
- Provides transparency on Supply Chain performance and its impact on business decisions.
- Supports the resolution of supply and logistical challenges.
- Analyzes and communicates the cost impact of business decisions, challenging assumptions when necessary.
- Assists other team members in inventory processes, including yard counts, equipment evaluation, inventory divestment, and material transfers.
- Fosters communication with leadership across various business functions.
- Manages vendor selection, negotiations, and performance.
- Occasional travel to the Oklahoma City corporate office.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Proven experience implementing supply chain best practices.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Finance.
- Minimum four (4) years in a Supply Chain role.
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
