The Supply Chain Contracts Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the procurement, contracting, compliance, and vendor management activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in contract lifecycle management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management, with strong experience in EPC, construction, maintenance, and technical services agreements.
· Partner with legal counsel to draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts
· Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts from initiation and drafting through negotiation, execution, performance monitoring, amendment, renewal, and closeout
· Ensure all contracts are accurately tracked for obligations, deliverables, and key milestones.
· Monitor contract expirations and proactively manage renewals, extensions, or re-bids.
· Manage supplier compliance with insurance, bonding, licensing, and contractual requirements.
· Monitor and enforce adherence to prevailing wage and other labor compliance obligations.
· Ensure suppliers and contractors maintain site-specific safety compliance standards.
· Conduct periodic supplier audits, compliance reviews, and performance assessments.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks across development, construction, and operational phases of projects.
· Support integration of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and tools to streamline processes, improve visibility, and enable reporting.
· Support sourcing activities by developing RFPs, RFQs, and bid packages in collaboration with supply chain category specialists, project managers, and engineering teams.
· Evaluate commercial terms, risks, and supplier qualifications to support vendor selection.
· Partner with suppliers and contractors to resolve contractual and performance issues.
· Monitor market trends, vendor performance, and industry best practices to improve contract strategies.
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
· 3–7 years of experience in contracts life cycle management with strong experience in construction and technical services agreements
· Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts.
· Strong familiarity with construction, O&M, equipment supply, and service agreements in capital project environments.
· Experience managing vendor compliance with insurance and labor requirements
· Deep knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, labor compliance, and risk allocation in supply chain agreements.
· Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools (preferably LinkSquares), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Familiarity with ESG principles and their application in supplier management.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving business needs.
