Supervisor

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise shift while planning, producing, or shipping fiberglass products as scheduled* Attain production or shipping goals as specified by Plant Manager* Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner* Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed* Maintain weekly employee attendance records* Maintain accurate production, inventory or shipping data* Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.* Wear appropriate PPE* Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures* Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures* Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures* Other duties as assigned*

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent* Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process* Forklift license*

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work overtime and shift work as required* Standing up to 12 hours daily* Walking up to 12 hours daily* Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily* Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily* Lifting weights p to 50 lbs. regularly* Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily* Travel less than 10%*
