Supervisor in Training for Tree Lighting

Fleming's Holiday Lighting is looking for people to turn into a Supervisor to add to our team of highly qualified team members.

Flemings Holiday Lighting is responsible for the installation of seasonal lighting throughout King County. We primarily focus on lighting displays for municipalities, commercial properties, and private residences. We are a leader in our industry and need team members who will hold themselves to a high standard and high quality of work.

Requirements:

- Our team members typically work 4 days a week, 10hrs a day.

- Our team works off a variety of large ladders the smallest being a 12’ adjustable ladder that weighs 55lbs.

- The minimum height requirement is 5’6” to safely operate our ladders and the operator must be able to carry and manipulate the weight of the ladder safely.

- Must have personal transportation.

- experience with articulation and straight boom lifts a plus.

We pay above average for this kind of work to make sure that we can find a great team member to train to become a supervisor. Supervisors will start out at $25 an hour! When the supervisor has proven themselves, the goal will be to advance them up to $35 an hour by the end of the season. We also have bonuses with minimum commitment of a season.
