Permian Enterprises, Ltd is seeking Plant Supervisor.

The Plant Supervisor is reponsible for assisting the Plant Manager with supervising and coordinating plant activities to ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and while adhering to customer and organizational policies and procedures. This position will assist with day-to-day plant responsibilities including; but are not limited to, determining production priorities, supervising employees, assigning work, meeting production and organizational deadlines, adhering to production and quality procedures, coordination of multiple entities, task management and prioritization, and problem solving.

Requirements:

•

HS Diploma or equivalent

•

.Minimum of 2 year of supervisory experience in an oilfield plant or production plant environment required.

•

Experience coating and sandblasting a plus.

•

Proficient in English (read and write). Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

•

Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

•

Strong critical thinking skills including the ability to understand, effectively interpret and communicate complex situations.

•

Strong leadership skills required. Must be experienced in supervising employee situations and improving/maintaining our company culture.

•

Solid multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.

•

Self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited oversight

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
