Electrical Supervisor

Where will you work? Mosaic K3, Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, Canada

About the Role:

The Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance is responsible for planning and scheduling of all electrical maintenance and capital projects. This position is responsible for helping to ensure that safety, environmental, production and project timeline goals are met.

What will you do?

- Manages backlog of work orders and schedules manpower accordingly

- Mentors’ tradesmen

- Complete job site inspections

- Manages short and term contractors

- Troubleshoots production issues

- Plans electrical maintenance including manpower, budgeting, resources and ordering required materials

- Chair’s Safety Meetings

- Perform other duties as assigned

What you will need:

- High School/GED required. Technical Secondary School: Related Field preferred.

- Electrical Maintenance experience

- Journeyperson Electrician – Certification

- Microsoft Office Suite experience

- SAP experience considered an asset
