Your Day-to-Day:

As an Electrical Supervisor in our nuclear operations, you will:

- Manage logistics operations, staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards

- Supervise electrical work related to maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting within nuclear facilities

- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

- Lead and support electrical crews, ensuring safe work practices and high-quality performance

- Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets industry codes and nuclear safety requirements

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and safety checks

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

- Extensive field experience in electrical work, preferably within a union environment

- Prior experience working in nuclear facilities or other highly regulated environments

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and resolve issues on-site

- Deep understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Relevant certifications (e.g., journeyman electrician, OSHA training, nuclear site clearance) preferred

- High School Graduate or Equivalent
