About Red Chris

Our Red Chris Mine, located in the heart of Northern British Columbia on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. A short distance from Iskut and Dease Lake, Our fly-in, fly-out site offers access from various points across British Columbia and Alberta. Your Impact

As a key leader in the Electrical& Instrumentation team, you will ensure the safe, reliable, and compliant operation and maintenance of site-wide electrical and instrumentation systems. You will drive a strong safety culture, lead and mentor your team, and oversee training, supervision, and performance management. Collaborating closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering, you’ll align systems with site needs while supporting asset management and industry best practices. As the site subject matter expert, you will manage regulatory programs including radiation safety, maintain critical documentation and registers, and contribute to the development of procedures and standards. Your work will directly support the efficient, safe, and effective functioning of the site’s control systems, including Emerson DeltaV and local PLCs.

The expected salary range for this role is CA$103,000-$137,000 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
